KMS Transport Driving Academy offers Log Book training courses to individuals and groups that require training or retraining to meet the compliance regulations for FMCSR & FMCSA to perform the requirements of their profession. The log book training course is developed to provide the most update compliance and regulatory information for drivers operating commercial vehicles over 4,500 KG. / 26,001 Lbs.
Hours of service regulations, with a few exceptions, apply to all motor carriers, drivers, and commercial motor vehicles (CMVs) that transport property or passengers in interstate commerce.
The course will provide training for log book regulations for Canada (FMCSR) and the United States (FMCSA) to provide information, instruction and the benefits of compliance for Driver’s the public and the employer.
