
Our 244 hour Class 1, Entry Level Professional Driver Training program focuses on providing both theoretical and practical training to equip new drivers with skills needed to successfully begin a career truck transport industry.
Course Curriculum
244 hour Class 1 Entry Level Professional Driver Training Program
Program Includes:
- Classroom theory (80 hours)
- Practical, observation and in cab training (160 hours)
- Practical testing with Manitoba Public Insurance (4 hours)
Total 244 hours
Requirements
Eligibility Criteria:
• 18 years of age or older
• Hold a full class 5 licence (stage F)
• Have class 1A licence (class 1 authorized instruction)
• Have an “I” endorsement (authorized air brake instruction)
• Valid medical record on file with Manitoba Public Insurance
Includes
- Student textbooks
- Classroom supplies
- 2 MPI road test
COST: $8911
